Project Description
Midland, MI’s minor-league baseball team, the Great Lakes Loons, wanted to set up a retail space for their team merchandise. They also wanted to appeal to the nostalgic aspects of going to a baseball game.
Through retro design and rustically-fabricated elements, we helped the Loons set the visual tone for their vintage retail space. The faux-brick walls and wooden tables hearken back to the appearance of a Golden Age ballpark. Similarly, the store’s sign uses a classic script inspired by old-fashioned jerseys. Its handcrafted nature and sturdy appearance reinforces its promise of “authentic, quality goods.”
